Compliance Incident Manager | Homeworker | Permanent

Salary: £32,000-£45,525 (Dependent on experience)

Shifts: Monday to Friday, 40 hours.

CitySprint has an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Incident Manager.

This role is to support the Head of Risk and Compliance in providing a companywide fast response for the investigation of incidents. You will resolve client issues and internal procedural problems as quickly as possible to promote a culture of openly reporting, investigating and concluding problems quickly.

The main responsibilities within the Compliance Incident Role are:

  1. You will effectively manage incidents response to promote a culture of continual improvement and the satisfaction of both internal and external stakeholders and clients.
  2. Interpret data and trends to highlight business risks and proactively reduce potential and ongoing problems.
  3. Provide detailed and concise reporting to provide business insight.
  4. Provide practical solutions to resolve incidents and develop solutions to reduce re-occurrence of persistent problems.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:

  1. Keen ability to analyze the root cause of problems and create practical and effective solutions.
  2. Confidence to deal with high-pressure and contentious situations in a calm and measured way.
  3. Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Strong verbal & written communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  5. Proactively reviews and monitors ways of working to ensure best practice and streamline processes to maximize efficiency.
  6. Detailed understanding of the UK same-day courier industry.
  7. Ability to impartially review a situation and provide a clear and concise assessment.
  8. Experience in a similar role.
