A healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a Compliance & Governance Manager to ensure adherence to regulatory standards including CQC. Responsibilities include managing compliance policies, leading the complaints process, and collaborating with the management team. Ideal candidates should have management experience, preferably in Primary Care. The role offers a supportive environment with a commitment to staff development.
The Compliance & Governance Manager role is key to ensuring the Practice stays compliant with all relevant regulatory requirements, including CQC standards and clinical governance frameworks. The successful Manager will ideally have Primary Care experience. However, this is not essential if they have managerial experience and meet the person specification.
