Job summary

A leading trust and corporate services provider is seeking a Compliance Governance Manager for their London office. You will ensure regulatory compliance, lead KYC processes, and deliver AML training. Ideal candidates should have 3+ years' experience in compliance, along with an ICA Diploma and a degree in Law, Finance, or Economics. A proactive attitude and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' compliance experience, ideally within TCSP.
• Strong governance and AML knowledge required.

An independent Trust and Corporate Services Provider is seeking a Compliance Governance Manager to join its London office.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain up-to-date policies and procedures.
• Lead KYC onboarding and monitoring, risk assessments, and act as MLRO.
• Manage regulatory renewals, inspections, and statutory filings.
• Deliver AML training and maintain internal compliance records.

Candidate Requirements

• ICA Diploma (AML or GRC) and a degree in Law, Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
• 3+ years’ compliance experience, ideally within TCSP.
• Strong governance and AML knowledge; proficient in Microsoft 365 and TCSP software.
