Job summary

The Boden Group is seeking a Compliance & Governance Lead Accountant to strengthen financial controls and governance across its regional operations. This role offers influence over policy, process improvements, and collaboration with senior finance stakeholders.

You will lead cross-regional compliance, develop governance documentation, and support audits and regulatory reporting, driving remediation of control gaps and standardisation of processes across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualification, with relevant practical experience.
• Proven experience in financial compliance, governance, risk or internal controls.
• Excellent communication and senior stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience within facilities management or a multi-site finance function would be advantageous.

To succeed in this role, you will bring

• The ability to identify risks and turn findings into practical improvements.
• Excellent communication and senior stakeholder-management skills.
