Job Purpose

Working as part of the Fiance department, the Compliance Finance Manager will be responsible for the management of a busy finance function (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Payroll), cashflow management and forecasting, and ensuring all statutory compliance (PAYE, VAT, Corporation Tax, R&D Tax, Customs, Plastic Packaging Tax etc).

What it takes

The position will have a number of key responsibilities including (but not limited to):

  • Financial Planning and Analysis - Developing budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business objectives
  • Financial Reporting - Preparing accurate and timely financial statements
  • Business Partnering - Collaborating with department heads, to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes that drive business performance.
  • Compliance and Governance - Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and standards, including tax compliance and internal controls.
Hours of Work

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with core hours being 10am to 4pm. Hybrid working opportunities.
