Job description

Role: Compliance Facilitator

Location: Kettering, Northants

Salary: Up to GBP25,500.00

Our client based in Kettering has a new full-time vacancy for a Compliance Facilitator to work within their Footwear department.

Responsibilities

As a Compliance Facilitator, you will be required to carry out the following:

Progress new and revised Test Methods

Marketing of newly published Test Methods and processing orders for Test Methods from customers including members and Accredited Laboratories

Administration of Internal Reports and both internal and externally published technical articles

Process external training enquires and systems orders

Purchasing and investigating consumables reference materials for the lab

Supporting footwear department by updating relevant documents in relation to standard / test method revisions to meet UKAS requirements

Book in and initiate the process of new samples being delivered to the laboratory for testing

Assist the Technical Leads in improving systems and processes which may involve generating calibration certificates, carrying out initial gap analysis on standards and preparing for audits

Desirable

A working knowledge of National and International standards (e.g., BSI, CEN, ISO, ASTM), inclusive of UKAS requirements.

Qualifications

5 GCSES (including Maths, Science, English at Grade C or above)

Business Administration qualification or similar
