Daniel Owen is proud to represent a social housing company in the Tower Hamlets area seeking a Compliance Officer for a 9-month contract. The role involves ensuring projects and operations comply with relevant regulations, standards, and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Senior Asset Officer in collating data for Building Safety Cases.
  • Create monthly compliance dashboard reports.
  • Produce data-driven reports to identify trends and performance in asset information management.
  • Collaborate on compliance projects, especially the implementation of the Building Safety Regime.
  • Maintain information management systems for compliance, including the golden thread for building safety cases.
  • Manage documentation for statutory compliance programs like fire risk, asbestos, water hygiene, electrical testing, and LOLER.
  • Maintain compliance data in NEC Risk Management and Servicing systems.
  • Update compliance master trackers and produce regular analyses.
  • Assist with Active Plan system updates for high-rise blocks.
  • Handle inquiries received via team inbox.
Key Knowledge:
  • Construction industry knowledge.
  • Experience in social housing or local authority settings.
  • Understanding of Building Safety compliance and the Building Safety Act 2022.
