Compliance Coordinator - Lincolnshire

Monday - Friday

Permanent Position

27,000 per year

Our client with a head office base in Hessle, East Yorkshire are looking to increase their team of Compliance Coordinators to assist them taking care of the welfare of livestock across their partners farms in Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.

The nature of the role is to ensure the farms are up to code for both their internal and UK standards.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Experience with livestock
  • A strong focus on animal welfare and maintaining high standards
  • Ability to multi-task, work to deadlines
  • Self-motivated and to be able to work alone and as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT competent, including Microsoft Office.
  • Clean UK driving licence.

What you'll do:

  • Working alongside farms and carrying out farm visits to ensure industry standards are met. Ensuring effective communication of best practice and customer specified animal welfare standards.
  • Keeping protocols up to date on farm in line with legislation and industry changes.
  • Attending farm audits.
  • Liaising with and supporting the wider field-based team.
