Overview

ISS Compliance Coordinator – Location: Stoke on Trent, ST1 5PZ. Hours of work: 37.5. Contract Type: Permanent. This role is INTERNAL ONLY and we are not accepting external applications at present. If you are external and apply, your application will not be considered. We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to provide high-quality administrative, financial, and commercial support to the client account management team. You will play a key role in ensuring contractual compliance and supporting service delivery for the Key Account Director, Operations Directors, Finance Team, and the wider account team. This role requires speed, accuracy, and a flexible approach, performing a variety of tasks to a consistently high standard within set timescales. It is an excellent opportunity to develop experience in compliance, operations, and account management within a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the central point of contact to coordinate site, client, Helpdesk, and ISS stakeholder requests.
  • Receive, log, allocate, and track reactive works requests using Maximo, ensuring KPIs are met.
  • Monitor and manage all open work orders, ensuring timely follow-ups with managers and suppliers.
  • Track, input, and report on all aspects of customer quotes and orders, including uniform POs via Coupa.
  • Manage subcontractors, including quotations, raising and receipting POs, permit support, and service delivery.
  • Direct, engage, and manage relevant stakeholders across internal and external teams.
  • Regularly review and audit asset lists and provide reporting to stakeholders.
  • Direct, engage, and manage digital and physical documentation to support service delivery and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records and collaborate with operational teams to support contract compliance.
Qualifications

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workloads effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with CAFM systems, preferably Maximo.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with operational teams and maintain accurate records.
  • Demonstrates flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Applies sound judgement and decision-making skills to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintains confidentiality and applies lessons learnt to improve processes and outcomes.
