A leading housing provider is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to oversee compliance management systems and ensure the safety of customers. The role requires excellent data management skills and the ability to liaise effectively with contractors. Compliance Coordinator
Ashington or Durham
Salary: £24,310 up to £29,122 per annum (career graded).
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent
Closing Date: 12-noon, Friday 4th July 2025.

About the Compliance Coordinator Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled co-ordinator, with a track record for data excellence, excellent communication skills and a passion for ensuring our customers safety remains our primary concern. You will be responsible for keeping the compliance management systems up to date by accurate data entry, monitoring, and verification. You will co-ordinate the delivery of services and repairs through to completion, ensuring contractors deliver works on time, property access is gained, and certification is received.
