Job Title: Compliance Coordinator

We are seeking a Compliance Coordinator to support our compliance functions in adhering to FCA regulations and enhancing regulatory awareness across the business. This is an office-based role in Kettering, playing a key part in maintaining regulatory compliance.

Salary and Benefits

• Basic Salary: Up to GBP 35,000

This role is based in Kettering, with accessible locations including Corby, Northampton, Market Harborough, and Wellingborough.

Job Description

Reporting to the Head of UK Regulatory Compliance, you will:

• Support core compliance assurance activities
• Maintain Compliance Monitoring Plans and Risk Models aligned with regulatory requirements

Additional Responsibilities

• Implement and review compliance policies focusing on FCA Consumer Credit and Data Protection
• Assist in delivering compliance training for staff
• Manage compliance projects and ensure team alignment
• Support maintaining FCA authorization through audits and site visits
• Provide compliance reports and improvement plans to senior management

Person Specification

We welcome candidates with experience in compliance, audit, quality assurance, or consumer credit, though training will be provided.

Ideal Candidate Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT skills for document handling, data analysis, and reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive, proactive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and self-motivated, capable of managing multiple tasks independently
