Compliance Coordinator

Location: Desborough, Northamptonshire

Description:

We are seeking a Compliance Coordinator to support our compliance function in adhering to FCA regulations and enhancing regulatory awareness across the business. This is an office-based role, vital for maintaining regulatory compliance.

Basic Salary: Up to £35,000

Job Description: As a Compliance Coordinator, reporting to the Head of UK Regulatory Compliance, you will assist in core compliance assurance activities, maintain Compliance Monitoring Plans, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include supporting the implementation of compliance policies, delivering training, managing compliance projects, ensuring FCA authorization, and reporting on compliance issues.

Person Specification: Ideally, you will have experience in compliance, audit, quality assurance, or consumer credit roles, but we are willing to train the fundamentals. Key skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication, a proactive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and high organization and motivation levels.
