A North East housing provider is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to ensure safety compliance across housing services. The successful candidate will manage compliance data and facilitate inspections in areas like gas, electrical safety, and water hygiene. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills and relevant qualifications including a Level 4 VRQ Diploma and experience in compliance functions. This permanent role offers a salary between £24,310 and £29,122 annually, with generous benefits including 28 days annual leave.

We’re looking for a well-organised and proactive Compliance Co-ordinator to support the delivery of excellent compliance services – including essential areas like gas, electrical safety, water hygiene fire safety, damp, and mould. You’ll play a pivotal role in protecting our customers and ensuring our homes remain safe, well-maintained, and fully compliant.
