We are seeking multiple Interim Compliance Contract Managers to lead on compliance across key areas including gas, electrical, water hygiene, and asbestos. These are critical roles, ensuring that all statutory and regulatory requirements are met while maintaining a customer-first approach.
Location: London (Hybrid working)
Contract Type: Interim (6 months)
Start Date: ASAP
Day Rate: 250- 350 DOE (Inside IR35)
Oversee and manage compliance-related contracts and contractors across the housing stock
Ensure regulatory compliance with safety standards, including but not all of gas, electrical, water hygiene, and asbestos
Develop and monitor compliance KPIs and performance data
Lead on audits, risk assessments, and investigations
Provide expert advice to internal teams and senior management
Previous experience in compliance or contract management within social housing
Strong understanding of housing compliance regulations and health & safety legislation
Experience in contract and performance management
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
