Job summary

Aria Partners Limited, a high growth compliance consulting firm, seeks an associate/senior associate to work across a portfolio of investment management and private equity clients. You will support the Managing Director in the ongoing provision of compliance oversight.

The role offers exposure to cross‑jurisdictional work with adhoc travel to regions including the UAE and the US, and the chance to develop client-facing experience while expanding your regulatory knowledge within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a compliance consulting firm or investment management compliance role.
• Generalist experience preferred or exposure to monitoring, advisory or core compliance tasks.
• Confidence to face off with senior stakeholders/clients with MD support.

Responsibilities

• Support the Managing Director in ongoing provision of compliance oversight across clients.
• Contribute to risk monitoring, advisory work and core compliance tasks for investment management and private equity clients.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and clients as required, particularly on cross-border matters.

Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in a compliance consulting firm or investment management compliance role

• Confidence to face off with senior stakeholders/clients where required (with support from the MD)
