Job description

Our Building Services division provides complete Facilities Management of properties throughout the UK, providing mechanical and electrical engineering support, cleaning, catering and grounds maintenance on a planned and reactive basis, using technological solutions to manage our teams in the most efficient ways.

We are looking for a Compliance Coordinator to join the team on our Kent County Council project based in West Malling, Kent.

The purpose of the role will be toensure all PPMS are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way Improving operational management systems, processes, and innovative new ways of working. And help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant, supply chain management, workflow, and in house staffing.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee and review all planned preventive maintenance (PPM) tasks and remedial works as needed, ensuring all updates are accurately recorded in internal CAFM systems within a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with the supply chain ensuring planned maintenance requirements are scheduled and completed prior to due date.
  • To ensure all PPMs and statutory tasks are completed in line with the contract and legislative requirements. Ensuring any KPI failures have followed the correct KPI deduction relief process where applicable, communicate to the operations managers on any failures.
  • Review, upload and manage compliance documents for PPM tasks on concept and share point.
  • Audit documentation to be filed and ready for review.
  • Understand and advise on contractual reporting requirements
  • To manage excellent relationships with the client, our suppliers, and other partners within the contract.
  • To support and lead the introduction of operational best practice into the contract.
  • Proven work experience as Supervisor or similar role. Knowledge of Compliance and analysing data
  • Thorough use and knowledge of Office 360 and BIM
  • Leadership ability and organisational skills.
  • A confident, reliable, and well-presented individual with a strong work ethic
  • Facilities management or similar qualifications.
  • Problem-solving skills. Good data analysis, planning and organisational skills
  • IOSH 3 day or NEBOSH accredited
  • Extensive knowledge of Concept CAFM and Superuser responsibilities
