Job summary

Thompsons of Prudhoe is seeking a Compliance & Business Systems Manager to oversee operational compliance, accreditations, environmental reporting and business systems across the organisation. You will coordinate accreditation renewals, manage compliance portals, produce dashboards and KPI reports, and support audits.

The role requires strong governance, attention to detail and the ability to implement improvements across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Experience administering platforms such as Constructionline, Achilles, Builders Profile, CHAS and SafeContractor.
• Experience producing environmental, carbon or sustainability reports.
• IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent.
• Strong governance and documentation management experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate accreditation renewals and ensure deadlines are met.
• Manage compliance portals and maintenance of documentation across platforms.
• Support internal, external and client audits with accurate reporting.
• Produce monthly management information and KPI dashboards.
• Develop and improve Standard Operating Procedures for key systems.
