Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Compliance & Audit Analyst to join our Waste Management team at Southern Water. This is an exciting new role with plenty of scope to develop and grow as you make it your own. You’ll be at the heart of ensuring our third-party suppliers deliver high-quality waste services across the region, with a particular focus on hazardous waste, grit and screenings, and Tankering.
This isn’t just a desk job – you’ll be involved in auditing, planning, and resolving real-world operational issues. You’ll work closely with teams across the business to make sure jobs are done right, on time, and safely, while also identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

You will partake in an out of hours rota to support with incident management, full training and rota details will be shared at interview
