Guided by our values-Customer First, Raise Our Game, and Win Together-you'll use a data-driven approach to turn operational signals into KPIs and dashboards, partnering with Compliance, Product, and Operations to address issues early and drive success.
What you'll be doing
- Translate regulatory and oversight needs into clear data requirements, metrics, and reporting
- Curate data sources across teams to build standardized regulatory risk KPIs and dashboards
- Provide relevant dashboards and extracts for regional and group governance and Board reporting
- Partner with stakeholders to analyze trends and address risks highlighted by metrics
- Define and implement compliance SLIs/SLOs (e.g., KYC latency, SAR filing timeliness, RG escalation SLA)
- Maintain metric definitions, lineage, and change control for auditability
- Automate data quality checks (freshness, completeness, validity) and reconcile metrics for accuracy
- Prototype and tune anomaly/outlier detection for RG/AML signals with SMEs to minimize false positives.
Who we are looking for
- Experience in BI/Data Analysis with strong SQL and data visualization (Power BI) skills
- Good understanding of the sports betting and/or gaming industry and compliance context
- Ability to translate business needs into data requirements and present clear narratives with data
- Excellent planning, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
