Join our Compliance team in Bristol for an exciting opportunity!

Are you passionate about positively impacting the regulatory landscape of the tobacco industry? Imperial Brands is seeking a Compliance Associate to ensure industry regulation compliance and foster a culture of responsibility. You will create comprehensive regulatory reports (Ingredients, Emissions & Technical) with high accuracy, meeting the requirements and timelines of relevant Authorities.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Create regulatory reports on ingredients and product data for submission to relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure our portfolio is compliant across international markets.
  • Liaise with internal departments to meet reporting regulations.
  • Extract and format data to produce regulatory reports.
  • Participate in business development initiatives and projects as required.
  • Drive problem-solving and data review activities; identify and participate in continuous improvement actions.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Previous experience in a compliance environment (desirable but not essential).
  • Attention to detail with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proactive team player capable of working under time pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Data processing and analysis skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
