Role

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a member of the Group Compliance Team, you will contribute to maintaining a robust Compliance Framework and annual Compliance Plan. These initiatives identify, assess, and monitor legal & regulatory risks, and facilitate escalation/reporting of relevant matters.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Compliance Team in delivering the Annual Compliance Monitoring Plan through Focused, Thematic, and Awareness quality assurance reviews.
  • Support the evolution of the Compliance Universe & Data Protection framework, including reviewing key risk & performance metrics.
  • Coordinate administration of Compliance activities and support compliance pillars (Financial Crime / Compliance / Data Protection) in maintaining proper logs and audit trails.
  • Assist in coordinating compliance workshops and training programs to increase business awareness of legislative & regulatory matters.
  • Maintain compliance policies, processes, and procedures across all global entities.
  • Monitor business activities against internal and external requirements, reporting MI to demonstrate oversight.
  • Coordinate Compliance Team meetings, Action Logs, and help maintain structured records of activities.
  • Perform ad hoc project and transactional work as needed.
