An established industry player is seeking a Senior Compliance Risk Officer to lead the Compliance Risk Framework. This pivotal role involves monitoring compliance risks, providing expert advice, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. The Client Organization was established to drive enterprise-wide approaches to client coverage, identifying and filling in gaps or reducing duplication to ensure consistency throughout the firm. Additionally, it plays a leading role coordinating the allocation of capital and other financial, technology and human resources towards the client segments with the best returns potential. Finally, it is responsible for managing wholesale credit and counterparty risk for the organization. The Client Organization operates across 40+ jurisdictions globally.
The Client Organization Governance and Escalations team sits within the Chief Administrative Office, under the Head of Controls. The team supports and executes activities related to Corporate Governance, including Governance Committees, management meetings, Board Material Data Accuracy Controls, Escalations of Events, and oversight of the Client Organization Executive Scorecard Risk & Control metric performance and Organizational Change Management.
Serves as an In-business Senior Compliance Risk Officer for the Client Organization responsible for establishing the Client Organization’s Compliance Risk Framework. Primary responsibilities include monitoring compliance risk behaviors and providing day-to-day Compliance advice relating to operations.
