We have an exciting opportunity for a Certification Administrator to enter the kitchen industry and become part of our dedicated team. This full-time, office-based role (Monday to Friday) also includes occasional travel to active construction sites.

What you’ll be doing

As Certification Administrator, you'll take the lead in managing all aspects of CIE’s industry certifications, health & safety compliance, and our Net Zero strategy. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing and maintaining company accreditations and policy documentation.
  • Managing memberships with Constructionline, Achilles, CHAS, SMAS, Acclaim.
  • Preparing and maintaining documentation for ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).

  • Supporting the broader CIE team with general office tasks as needed.

What we’re looking for

  • A confident communicator and highly organised.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player.
  • Comfortable working independently and across various levels of a business.
  • Client-focused and capable of responding to technical requirements.
  • Motivated with a positive, can-do attitude and eager to grow professionally.

Experience in Health & Safety compliance and accreditation management is highly desirable. Familiarity with ISO standards and sustainability reporting is also preferable. While construction industry or kitchen furniture knowledge is a plus, it’s not essential.

This role offers future development with the opportunity to train as a qualified Health & Safety Manager.

  • Salary £25-28K per year (depending on experience)
  • A relaxed and friendly workplace
  • Excellent career growth and development opportunities
  • Pension scheme and life assurance
  • 23 days’ holiday + bank holidays
  • Retail discounts
  • Generous staff discount on kitchen products
