This hands-on role involves regular site visits to audit compliance, inspect mechanical and electrical systems, and ensure buildings are safe and meet legal requirements.
You will manage compliance frameworks, prepare technical specifications for system upgrades, and lead related projects. Working closely with facilities teams and contractors, you will ensure all works meet statutory standards and maintain accurate records via CAFM systems.
