Catch22 is seeking an organised administrative professional to support the Connect to Work programme in Liverpool. You will manage compliance and data records, ensuring accuracy and alignment with contractual requirements.
Hybrid working is expected, with 37 hours per week and a normal pattern of office presence in Liverpool. The role focuses on GDPR compliance, data security, and quality assurance across audits and records management.
Catch22 exists to help build a society where everyone has a good place to live, good people around them, and a fulfilling purpose. We call these our '3Ps'.
We achieve this in two ways. First we improve lives on the frontline through delivery of public services. Secondly, we use our knowledge to change 'the system', to fix the complex web that can trap and disempower those it was set up to help.
You will work closely with the Connect to Work team leader and employment specialists to ensure all administrative and compliance activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with contractual requirements for the Connect to Work contract (St Helens & Wirral delivery areas). You will support the delivery of the Connect to Work programme by maintaining high-quality records, preparing for audits, and helping ensure compliance with contract, data security, and quality standards.
Educated to GCSE level
