Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Analyst to join a rapidly expanding, European hedge fund.

The firm has been established for several years and is currently experiencing an exciting growth phase, adding new strategies and significantly increasing AUM.

The Compliance Analyst will handle all aspects of compliance in a generalist role. Working within a team of 4 and reporting directly to the CCO, responsibilities include PA dealing, monitoring, surveillance, and advisory tasks. The organization values collaboration and offers opportunities to participate in various projects across functions.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of compliance experience, preferably within a buy-side firm. Strong candidates from sell-side backgrounds will also be considered.

The fund offers a competitive compensation package, with base salary and bonus significantly above market rates. As the firm expands globally, there are opportunities for relocation to international offices for high performers.
