Compliance Analyst - Prestigious Hedge Fund - up to £70k base + strong bonus

A prestigious, rapidly expanding hedge fund is looking to hire an exceptional Compliance Analyst into their growing team.

They have been established for many years and have performed increasingly well, doubling in both headcount and AUM. Headquartered in London, they have added global offices in New York and Asia, with exciting buildouts planned across the business.

They are looking for a Compliance Analyst with 1-3 years of experience to join their team of 3 in London. Reporting directly to the CCO, the hire will work across a wide variety of responsibilities across both core and trade compliance. You can also expect to get involved in additional responsibilities, such as legal document and NDA review.

There will be the option to maintain a broad generalist role, or to specialise in a particular area of compliance in future. The business is highly collaborative and you will work closely with wider teams including legal, operations, technology, and investment. They have some of the best internal progression opportunities in the industry and it is not uncommon for top performers to move across functions, including from non-investment to investment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a hedge fund with a strong reputation, ahead of an exciting growth phase. Candidates must have an exceptional academic background, with at least a 2:1 from a Russell Group university.
