Compliance & Analyst Lead | Online Marketplace | Plymouth | up to £30k

Zachary Daniels Recruitment are looking to appoint a Seller Compliance & Analyst Lead to join a fast-growing, high-volume online Marketplace team. This role sits at the heart of operations, driving efficiency, upholding seller standards, and turning data into action. You\'ll support day-to-day processes, ensure sellers remain compliant, and play a critical role in maintaining smooth marketplace performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee seller operations and ensure compliance with trading conditions and SLAs
• Manage reporting, track KPIs, and turn insight into action
• Support issue resolution—from delivery delays to technical bugs
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks
• Support API integrations and operational improvements
• You\'ll also handle seller logistics, product availability checks, and help shape our pricing, promotional, and margin protection strategies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations, ideally in ecommerce or marketplaces
• Solid experience with seller and product compliance
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence with data
• Strong communicator and problem solver
• Experience with Mirakl is a bonus
