Position: Compliance Analyst (Monitoring & Reporting)
Location: London/Hybrid

This role offers a unique chance to be part of a dedicated team within a leading Lloyd’s Managing Agent and Syndicate, as well as its MGA business.

As a Compliance Analyst focusing on monitoring and reporting, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Compliance team’s day-to-day activities, ensuring the business adheres to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of the compliance plan, including monitoring, reporting, and regulatory activities.
  • Review, analyse, and report on regulatory changes.
  • Assist in compliance monitoring activities such as contract certainty, slip reviews, and thematic reviews.
  • Provide sanctions and financial crime support by monitoring relevant screening tools.
  • Monitor and report on underwriting system compliance.
  • Maintain systems and processes supporting regulatory reporting and group policies.
  • Deliver compliance training within the business.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory returns and compliance management information.
  • Oversee processes supporting compliance with the Senior Managers and Certification Regime.
  • Undertake additional tasks as required to support the compliance function.
Skills and Experience:
  • Previous Compliance experience from theinsurance market - specifically regulation, sanctions, and conduct risk.
  • Degree-level education or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
