Base pay range

Coopman Search and Selection is delighted to partner with an Alternative Investment firm focused on sustainability and infrastructure to find a Compliance Analyst to support the UCITS Compliance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily best execution, post-trade surveillance, and liquidity monitoring
• Assist in preparing and completing the Compliance Monitoring Programmes for FCA and SEC regulated entities
• Maintain and update internal compliance processes and procedures
• Maintain breach registers and support timely reporting to internal stakeholders
• Assist with the preparation of regulatory and risk reports for OEICs, SICAVs, ICAVs, and Mutual Funds
• Deliver compliance training and review financial promotions
• Support due diligence on third-party providers and manage incoming requests

Key Experience Required:

• 2–3 years' experience within a UCITS ManCo or MiFID investment manager working with UCITS funds
• Awareness of Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) and gatekeeping procedures
• Solid knowledge of COLL, MiFID II, and other sections of the FCA Handbook
• Knowledge of US regulations and US mutual funds is highly beneficial
• Degree from a top institution (Law degree advantageous)
• Excellent attention to detail, organized, and analytical
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
