Job Description

My client is a highly reputable and well-known company across the UK, providing support and advisory services to businesses. Due to expansion, they are recruiting for at least one additional Diploma-qualified consultant (or near) to join their team in the central belt.

Main responsibilities:

1. Manage a client portfolio, providing support, monitoring, and reviewing their business to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
2. Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their company functions, and advising on how services can assist them.
3. Plan, organize, and execute client visits to meet monitoring requirements effectively.
4. Prepare and produce quality monitoring reports and maintain accurate documentation.
5. Support clients during legislative and regulatory changes.
6. Participate in preparing and delivering training presentations at client events.

Qualifications and experience:

• Dip PFS Level 4 (or equivalent/near) qualification.
• In-depth knowledge of FCA requirements and technical compliance.
• Experience as an adviser or in a compliance role.
• Proven ability to manage time and tasks independently.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
