Job summary

Vortex, a specialist CIPP rehabilitation contractor, is seeking an organized Compliance Administrator to join our growing operations team in the South of the UK. You will maintain compliance records, coordinate documentation, support audits and accreditations, and ensure systems stay up to date with internal, client, and regulatory requirements.

Working with the Compliance Manager and site teams, you will administer health & safety, quality, environmental, and operational compliance processes,

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, compliance, quality, health & safety, or support roles.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience maintaining records, databases, and document control systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and good communication.
• Experience in construction or infrastructure sectors desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update compliance records, registers, and management system documentation.
• Assist with administration of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Coordinate collection, filing and tracking of compliance documents and training records.
• Support audits by preparing documentation and maintaining audit schedules.
• Monitor staff training matrices, competency records, and certification renewals.
• Manage client and supplier compliance portals and keep information up to date.
• Assist with pre-qualification questionnaires and tender documentation.
• Record and distribute corrective actions from audits, inspections, incidents, and non-conformances.
• Support health & safety, environmental, and quality procedures and policies.
• Prepare reports, KPI data, and management information.
