Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced compliance administrator to support a busy interim period. The ideal candidate will be passionate about compliance, capable of following and implementing company processes, and ensuring ongoing compliance across all areas.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Serve as the first point of contact for compliance queries
  2. Drive compliance projects and ensure they are tracked effectively
  3. Provide guidance on FCA, ICO requirements, policies, and procedures
  4. Evaluate internal operational and procedural compliance
  5. Develop and implement new compliance policies and procedures
  6. Communicate policies and guidelines to management and relevant departments
  7. Maintain the policy framework
  8. Ensure relevant training is conducted and recorded
  9. Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks for the department
Candidate Profile
  • Energetic, humorous, compassionate, and enthusiastic
  • Experience with compliance processes
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and liaise effectively between customers and sales teams
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Detail-oriented with a results-driven work ethic
