Job description

Wise May are looking for a Compliance Administratorto join a busy Building Services Consultancy business in The City. This role is a great opportunity to utilise your administrative experience to assist and manage contractor delivery for multiple clients, working within a supportive and friendly team.
This is afull time, permanent role, with hybrid working (3 days in the office and 2 days remote). Hours are 09:00-17:30.
Compliance Administrator duties and responsibilities:
  • Assist with management of contractor delivery for multiple clients.
  • Review and managed compliance documentation within the facilities management arena.
  • Manage contractors KPIs when delivering services to client.
  • Ensure client receives compliance documentation within tight timelines.
  • Chase contractors for outstanding paperwork/attendance.
  • Program contractors’ workloads in line with compliance deadlines.
  • Assist with document production including copy typing, formatting word and PowerPoint.
  • Maintain team agenda and management of action points.
  • Provide general support to the Compliance Director, and Office Manager.
  • General day-to-day support to the team.
  • Call logging via FM platform to contractors.
  • Answering calls to the office.
Compliance Administrator skills required:
  • Proven experience working within an administrative role focusing on compliance.
  • Demonstrable understanding of British Standard's compliance.
  • Experience of working with various levels of personnel to deliver agreed outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic team player with positive and pro-active approach.
  • Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Good organisational skills and ability to adhere to deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritise and remain calm under pressure.
