Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Organising and taking minutes for team meetings, circulating action points and follow‑ups.
  • Diary management for the Risk team.
  • Maintaining records, including high‑risk, PEP, and other AML registers.
  • Liaising with the CSS of the COLP, COFA, MLRO, and General Counsel to coordinate meetings.
  • Managing supplier relationships, including processing invoices.
  • Supporting the team with other ad hoc administrative tasks.

We are recruiting for an enthusiastic Risk Administrator to join the London office of one of our brilliant and growing US Law firm clients on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. This role will provide vital administrative support to the Risk function, which includes the AML & Financial Crime and Risk teams.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a leading US law firm and contribute to the smooth running of a busy Risk function. As this role is to start ASAP, you must be available immediately to be considered!

The role will be Monday-Friday, 09:30-17:30, offering 3 days of hybrid working at home after training/set up. Competitive salary up to £32k on offer, plus benefits!

Main Responsibilities:
