Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the internal compliance tracker, escalating issues where necessary to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely distribution of contracts and related documentation.
  • Liaise with team members to maintain up-to-date knowledge of billings and upcoming projects.
  • Oversee and drive key internal programmes such as aftercare, offer management, and fee tracking.
  • Provide analysis and reporting on key metrics including performance trends, averages, and ratios.
  • Develop expertise in compliance-related programmes and become a go-to subject matter expert within the team.
  • Complete ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
  • Monitor and manage shared inboxes to ensure timely responses and organisation.
  • Stay up to date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

Experience and Skills Requirements:
