A leading Insurance business based in Preston is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their growing team on a full-time permanent basis.
This position is due to internal progression as the business is known for providing excellent training and support. The ideal candidate should have a strong administration background and be adaptable within the workplace. This role is office-based, working Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.
Your new role
Working closely with the Insurance Broker to ensure the smooth running of the business, providing support to clients, and keeping them updated throughout the entire process.
Checking documents for accuracy, processing orders, and maintaining strong working relationships.
You will be responsible for answering calls, responding to emails, and performing general administrative tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in administration, excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to update and maintain databases, willingness to learn new processes, and work collaboratively within the team.
Great attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with IT, including Microsoft Office packages. Ability to work well in an office-based environment.
