Job Description

What you’ll do

You will support the compliance process for care workers who support our service users to stay in their own homes and maintain their independence. You will ensure that all compliance tracking and administration is processed in accordance with the procedures in place at the time and to ensure the right candidates are able to commence employment with the business as quickly as possible without compromising the safety and security of the service users.

Qualifications

What you need

As a Compliance Administrator you will;

  • Be able to meet SLA’s and weekly targets
  • Possess exceptional telephone and email communication skills/techniques
  • Ability to maintain reports and trackers as efficiently as possible
  • Excel experience is desirable
  • Ability to identify alternative solutions to a problem
  • Intuitive and proactive approach to work
  • Have a high attention to detail
  • Will have an approachable and friendly manner to provide a professional and positive service to all New Starters.
  • Ability to learn new systems as and when required
  • Able to reprioritise workload efficiently
