Overview

Compliance Administrator - QA Higher Education – London (Hybrid - 2-3 Days On-Site)

Do you have strong administrative experience and a passion for compliance and supporting international students? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities
  • Advise students and staff on UKVI Student Visa rules and requirements
  • Monitor student attendance and engagement, following up as needed
  • Support enrolment processes for international students
  • Maintain accurate records in line with UKVI and institutional policies
  • Collaborate with academic staff to reduce drop-out rates and promote retention
  • Collect, organise, and report on student compliance documentation
  • Assist with UKVI audits and ensure documentation is up to date
  • Deliver awareness sessions to help students understand visa rules
  • Work cross-functionally with academic, admissions, finance, and compliance teams
What You\'ll Bring
  • Experience in UK higher education (desirable)
  • Confident use of Excel, Word, and data monitoring tools (essential)
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
