Job description

Arcus FM is recruiting for an experienced Compliance Administrator. You'll be joining a friendly and dynamic team of professionals who are supportive, dedicated, and constantly looking for ways to improve our processes to provide the best service possible.

You'll be working up to 40 hours a week Monday to Friday, providing administrative support to the compliance team.

You'll play an important role within our compliance team:

  • Manage and update internal CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) systems.
  • Liaise with sub-contractors to ensure services are booked in and received on time.
  • Review sub-contractor and engineer compliance documentation.
  • Deal with compliance-related queries.
  • Maintain trackers for financial and operational purposes.

Our ideal candidate would have:

  • Knowledge and understanding within Facilities Management and compliance environment (desirable).
  • Strong Excel skills with experience of other MS Office applications e.g., Word and Outlook.
  • Strong planning, analytical, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting deadlines.
  • Keen eye for detail and following processes from a compliance perspective.

You'll have exceptional attention to detail, be a great problem-solver, with exceptional interpersonal skills. You'll have the ability to work collaboratively with all colleagues, contractors, and sub-contractors.
