A leading recruitment agency is looking for a compliance administrator to manage HR platforms, organise training, and support Health & Safety procedures. This temp to perm role offers competitive pay and opportunities for development within an established client environment. The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills and a background in HR and Health and Safety management.
RSW are currently working with a well-established client to recruit a compliance administrator. This will be a temp to perm role based on a successful probation period. A very competitive salary on offer.
Role requirements
Arranging and organising training,
Meetings,
Training staff on HR platform,
Collating documents for supplier audits,
Liaising with other staff members on requirements,
New starter induction,
Collating and ordering PPE.
General administration of HR/H&S platform (adding new starts, adding training documents, sickness, holidays etc)
Some Health and Safety and HR knowledge preferrable
Supporting other management in meetings or ad hoc duties such as sending alerts out to their teams using the platform
IT skills are essential i.e. all office365 and happy using web-based platforms.
