Job Description:

About The Role

Due to our continued growth, we’re looking to expand our Compliance team with an Administrator based at our Head Office to support the Compliance team. As an Admin, you'll work alongside experienced Administrators.

Main responsibilities:

  • Liaise between the National Compliance Manager and Directors / Department Heads to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a suitable standard.
  • Support the HR Department by taking notes during HR meetings.
  • Support the compliance team by monitoring document returns.
  • Highlight errors in retail planner reports to support the compliance team.
  • Assist showroom-based Kitchen and Bedroom surveyors with queries regarding hotel bookings, absences, holidays, etc.
  • Maintain a log of all ongoing and upcoming tasks within the Compliance team.
  • Facilitate communication for Compliance team feedback within the business.
  • Keep a list of pending actions for the National Compliance Manager, attend meetings, and record required actions.
  • Maintain communication channels between Compliance and other departments during the manager's absence.
  • Manage feedback logs and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
  • Monitor report returns to ensure timely submission of documents.
  • Audit compliance documentation to meet standards.
  • Review holiday requests and approve or decline based on the framework.
  • Assist Compliance Team Members with return-to-work procedures after absences.
  • Prepare documents and arrange accommodation for regional meetings.
  • Contact designers on common error reports to verify orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
