About The Role

Due to our continued growth, we’re looking to expand our Compliance team with an exciting opportunity for an aspiring apprentice, based at our Head Office to support the showroom-based Compliance Officers. As an Apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced Administrators, completing comprehensive internal training and external training provided by our apprenticeships partner. You would be working towards achieving a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.

Main responsibilities:

  1. Liaise between the National Compliance Manager and Directors / Department Heads to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a suitable standard.
  2. Support the compliance team by monitoring document returns.
  3. Highlight errors in daily reports to support the retail planner.
  4. Assist Compliance Officers with queries related to hotel bookings, absence, holidays, etc.
  5. Maintain a log of all ongoing and upcoming tasks within the Compliance team.
  6. Facilitate communication for Compliance Officers' feedback within the business.
  7. Keep a list of actions required for the National Compliance Manager, attend meetings, and detail necessary actions.
  8. Maintain communication channels between Compliance and other departments during the manager's absence.
  9. Manage feedback logs to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
  10. Ensure timely return of reports from the Compliance Team.
  11. Audit compliance documentation to ensure standards are met.
  12. Review holiday requests and approve or decline based on pre-set frameworks.
  13. Complete return-to-work procedures for Compliance Officers after absences.
  14. Prepare documents and book accommodations for regional meetings.
  15. Contact Designers on error reports to verify order accuracy and customer experience.
