Do you have a background in Property, Compliance, Administration, or a similar field, and are you looking to join a growing company in a brand-new role within a consultancy that values internal progression and career development?

On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established business with over 30 years of experience managing over £400 million in property assets across various sectors including commercial and residential ranging from Banks, School and Retail premises.

This office based role involves ensuring all statutory compliance across the property portfolio is accurately tracked, documented, and reported. You will support the Facilities Management team; this role manages compliance software, monitors safety deadlines (e.g. fire, water, electrical), and maintains organised records.
