A community-focused housing organization in the United Kingdom is seeking a Compliance Administration Officer to support compliance and health and safety efforts. The Package
• Permanent contract
• Salary of £26,108 per annum
• 35 hours per week
• Hybrid, combining working from home and Llandudno Junction

The Role – Compliance Administration Officer
Reporting to the Compliance and Health & Safety Manager, you will support the Compliance and Health and Safety Team to enable North Wales Housing to meet all its property and health and safety related statutory and regulatory duties. This will involve:
• Updating and maintaining accurate records on the Housing Management system
• Coordinating and scheduling compliance activities, and updating records
• Monitoring action trackers from third-party reports, and flagging any outstanding actions to the Compliance Officer for follow-up
• Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
Our Requirements – Compliance Administration Officer
• Basic knowledge of Health and Safety and Compliance in the Housing Sector
• Experience in business administration
• Experience of planning; organising; and working to deadlines
• Enhanced IT skills, including MS office packages and CRM systems
• A flexible approach to the requirements of the job
• Ability to converse in Welsh (Level 1)
