Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs? Do you have experience in either an educational or medical setting working with children? If so, we want to hear from you!

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join the team at a large, modern, purpose-built primary school that caters for children with complex Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The school boasts outstanding facilities, carefully designed to create a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment where all pupils can learn, play and thrive.

  • Supporting pupils with complex SEND on a 1:1 and small group basis

  • Assisting with classroom activities, therapy sessions and personal care when required

  • Promoting communication, independence, and engagement in learning

  • Working closely with teachers, therapists, and families to provide consistent and tailored support

  • Experience working with children in either an educational or medical setting

  • A calm, patient and resilient approach

  • Professional or personal experience with children with additional needs is highly desirable
