Tes in Talbot Green is seeking a Complex Product Support Specialist to join the Customer Value and Success team for Tes Engage, a school MIS/SaaS platform. You’ll use SQL, APIs, integrations and logs to investigate root causes and help customers maximise the product.

You’ll collaborate with Customer Success, Product and Technology teams, becoming a trusted expert and helping improve the product with insightful feedback and guidance content.

Qualifikationen

• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with databases, system configurations, integrations, APIs and/or application logs.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical customers.
• Confidence dealing with complex customer issues.
• Curiosity, ownership and desire to understand why something is happening.
• Collaborative approach across technical and customer-facing teams.

Aufgaben

• Investigate complex product, configuration and data issues.
• Use SQL and database queries to support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Analyse system behaviour, logs, API calls and integrations.
• Work with customers to resolve technical or high-priority queries.
• Support complex configurations, implementations and migrations.
• Spot recurring issues and collaborate on long-term solutions with Product and Tech.
• Share customer insights to inform product improvements and bug prioritisation.
• Create guidance and knowledge content on advanced product functionality.
