Job description

Job Title: Complex Occupational Therapist
Location: Hammersmith & Fulham
Pay Rate: £24.74 per hour

Liquid Personnel is seeking for a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist to become a part of the Complex Occupational Therapy Service. The successful candidate will manage a clinical caseload of individuals with complex multiple pathologies, including psychological, neurological, emotional, behavioral, social problems, or age-related conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine clients’ needs.
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
  • Managing a caseload of 5-6 cases per week.
  • Providing therapeutic interventions to address psychological, neurological, emotional, behavioral, and social problems.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
  • Monitoring and documenting clients’ progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Valid registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Proven experience in managing complex cases.
  • Strong knowledge of psychological, neurological, emotional, behavioral, and social issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
