Academics Ltd in Burgess Hill is seeking a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to support children with PMLD, SLD and MLD in a specialist SEN school. You will help with learning, personal care, communication and daily activities, working closely with teachers, therapists and other SEN professionals.

This role welcomes candidates from care, healthcare or disability-support backgrounds who are reliable, compassionate and eager to help pupils build independence.

Formación

• Experience in care, healthcare, SEN or disability support is desirable.
• Understanding of PMLD, SLD, MLD or complex needs would be beneficial.
• Compassionate, reliable and comfortable providing personal care.
• A genuine passion for helping children develop independence and confidence.
• Able to travel to Burgess Hill.

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in Burgess Hill, supporting children with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD).

The Role - Complex Needs Teaching Assistant:
