Job summary

Ribbons and Reeves Limited in Wandsworth is seeking a compassionate Complex Needs Teacher to join its specialist SEND team. You will plan and deliver a highly personalised curriculum tailored to EHCP outcomes and work with TAs, therapists and families to foster communication, independence and confidence.

The ideal candidate will have QTS and experience with complex needs such as SLD, PMLD or Autism in a SEND setting.

Qualifications

• Must have QTS and experience teaching pupils with complex needs.
• Experience with SLD, PMLD, Autism or specialist SEND settings preferred.
• Legal right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver a personalised curriculum aligned to EHCP goals.
• Collaborate with TAs, therapists and families to support communication and life skills.
• Create a calm, structured and stimulating classroom environment.
